 Leading our donor services team in looking after our wonderful donors is what I do. I joined the ChildFund team two years ago with a long history in customer service and process improvement.   Interestingly the ability to help drive process improvement has meant we have been able to make our donors journey a better experience as well as business economies meaning more of their contributions can be channeled into helping children thrive. I get to interact with a wonderful group of kind and generous people (both supporters and the ChildFund team) who have a common goal.

I’m currently renovating my new home. When I get some spare time you will either find me in the pottery studio or with some knitting or stitching in hand.
